Big sheep sale today with 681 on offer. Spring Lambs averaged €465/kg. A mixed run of Hoggets available today and this reflected in trade. The good heavy fleshed Ewes were a great trade with 110kgs hitting €272 with 4 @ 94kgs – €260 and 4 @ 92kgs hitting €258 and 101kgs making €260. There were a number of lots of Ewes and Lambs today with pairs making to €440 and singles to €240 for strong lamb at foot.
