Good size sale of cull cows and heifers today with 515 on offer. Cull cows were a serious trade with heavier beef cows up 15c/kg on the week. Not a lot of beef available in the heifer ring, with plenty of forward heifers on offer and these were up 10c/kg on the week. A handful of bulls on offer and these averaged €3.54/kg with a Limousin bull weighing 950kgs making €3,460.
