Good size sale today with 775 on offer. There was 30 suck calves available and these made from €250 to €770, with FR bulls at the lower end and a Limousin heifer topping the trade. The quality in the weanling bull ring was more variable today and while shippers were active, the trade was that bit easier as many shippers have a backlog of stock on hand. Heifer weanlings under 300kgs were a shade dearer and ones over 300kgs were easier by 5c/kg. Overall weanling bulls back 10c/kg on the week. There was a couple of calved dairy heifers and these made from €2,560 and €2,640 respectively. In the suckler ring pairs made to €4,150 and in-calf lots reached €3,780.
